Unable to Lanch Interagation Builder & IR,ID,BPM Configuration Help

Hi Friends,

I am very new to XI & I learn XI only from this site or help.sap.com.Presently I am working on XI project as XI-ABAP consultant(IDOC-XI-FILE, FILE-XI-BIW, FILE-XI-IDOC). I have following questions:-

Q1). I have install SAPGUI & Java Web Start on my system

I am able to launch SXMB_IFR -> SLD, But when i SXMB_IFR -> IR or ID, error "<b>Unable to Launch Integration Builder</b>" on Java web start builder popup menue.

even i install Java web start many times, same error coming on any remote PC, But IR & ID launch successfuly on XI Server ,.....

Can any body help me what setting on XI & Remot PC i have to do to start IR & ID......

Q2). Can any one help me on Step By Step on Implementing (IDOC-XI-FILE, FILE-XI-BIW, FILE-XI-IDOC).

As even I do not know the T.Codes & Configuration of IR, ID, BPM in XI.
