Interaction Record Error

Hi,

We are using CRM 4.0 with IC Webclient.

We Have sucessfully installed the IC Webclient Version 7 (BBPCRM Patch is SP07).

When we try to access the Interaction Record BSP Application through the IC Webclient WE are gettign the following error at Header Level.

View IRecReason.htm Cannot Be Displayed

An Exception Occurred

Exception Class CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL

Text: Dereferencing of the NULL reference.

Include: CL_CRM_IC_IRECREASON_IMPL=====CM00J

Also the Other Error is

Business transaction type Business Activity is blocked for further business transactions

Any Solutions for this.
