Extraction Queue to Delta Queue Load Issue

Hi Folks,

I am working on Sales Extractors: 2LIS_11_VAHDR and 2LIS_11_VAITM.

We added few 'Z' fields to VBAP and VBAK tabls.

We also enhaced above extractors to read these fields in exit (one-to-one mapping from base tables).

Problem:

When I save a contract (Sales Order) it is reflecting in base table (VBAK/VBAP) and Extraction Queue(LBWQ).

This particular change is on Z fields, which were added on base table and on extract structure.

Once I run V3 job to put Extraction Queue data in Delta Queue (RSA7), it is not updating this change in Delta Queue.

When we change something with standard fields like Sales Office, it is updated in extraction queue and after V3 job it comes to Delta Queue as well.

When I do setup run it brings everything (probably because it is from base tables).

Is it something to do with After Before Image(ROCANCLE is blank)?

Please suggest how to fix this.

Hi Ashish,

I think you need to activate the 'change document' characteristic on the Z field.  If you go into the data element, further characteristics you can see the check box.  Try that

Since this is a question about BW, it belongs in the BW space (called SAP Netweaver Business Warehouse) and not the Data Warehousing space. I've moved the thread, but please use this space for these types of questions in the future.

Did you try reinit?

At times its because you need to do initialize again after the mod.

You can try without data transfer.

I tried re-init multiple times but no help.

looks like it is not picking data from extraction queue if this change was done through a custome field. Any idea how to enable delta on Z fields?

Check the VBDATA and VBHDR tables.

After the change is made to those records...can you confirm?
