Dear Gurus,
I 'm a new joiner in this group, I would appreciate your feedback regarding this planning issue.
I have the following scenarios:
Client is working in Scheduling Agreement (JIT schedule)
Material Planning data:
MRP type: P1
Lot Size: ZK as copy of PK informed Event interpretation field with 1 (delivery date), Nº periods 1
Procurement type: F
Planning Calendar assigned to MRP 2: This one is created for two periods of six months(both periods are fixed).
Planning time fence: 10
Planned delivery time:1
The system behaviour is the following:
Once mrp is run the first schedule line is proposed for the beginning of planning calendar second period even if a large requirements is not covered within the first plannig calendar period.
It looks that it could be work with a different lot size strategy.
New lot size strategy it should be able to aggregate the requirement of six months to send to supplier, due to components with low and variable consumption.
Could you help on this issue?
Thank you very much.
