Hi experts,

Version: GRC 5.3 SP 19

The user/role/profile Full synchronization and batch risk analysis has been executed successfully. The back-end system contain 1,62,000 users but the RAR user analysis Management report is only showing the 2000 users. Both the synchronization jobs has been run for 1,62,000 users (which can bee seen in the logs).

The configurable option Exclude Locked users had been Set to 'NO' and Offline Risk Analysis has been set to 'NO'.

Please provide me solution.

Thanks and regards,

Naidu

Dear Naidu,

Let me know if you are refering to the "Number of users analyzed" in Management View->User Analysis.

Have you scheduled Management reports job?

You can check the below SAP notes regarding this issue:

- 1605846

- 1314799

Hope this information helps.

Dear Fernando,

I scheduled & successfully completed all the RAR Jobs, but the RAR user analysis Management report is only showing the 2000 users out of 162000 users & all the users are locked in back end system except Basis & security users.

Plz let me know the following parameters correct or not

The configurable option Exclude Locked users had been Set to 'NO' and Offline Risk Analysis has been set to 'NO'.

backend sys info:  VIRSAHR 530_700 SP LEVEL 0005  & VIRSANH 530_700 SP LEVEL 0007.

front  end sys(GRC) info:  VIRSACC 530_700 SP19.

Thanks in advance,,,,,

Naidu

Your RTAs and your GRC system are not in sync.

If you are on GRC AC5.3 SP19 (JAVA), your backend systems should be VIRSAHR SP18 and VIRSANH SP20 (ABAP).

Please review note

SAP Note 1352498 - Support Pack Numbering - GRC Access Control

Thanks,

Hi,

Couple of questions:

1. Was the analysis coming correct when you were on lower SP ?

2. You need to run "Management report" after running "full sync" and "Batch Risk analysis" jobs.

Dear Naidu,

Kevin is right. You need to put your systems in sync according to SAP note 1352498.

You can avoid other issues in your system by doing this sync.

Best Regards,

Fernando
