OSS Notes doubt.

Hi,

OSS notes is kind of new concept for me.

I just know that those kind of notes have solution for the real time SAP implmentation problems.

I have been given to find information regarding OSS note OSS11104.

Can someone tell me how to find the information about it ?

What website do I have to go ?

I have the username and password assigned to me from the basis team.
