Infostructure Update gets cancelled even when faulty documents allowed

When I run transaction OLI7 to run statistical setup from old documents:orders, the job ( RMCVNEUA) gets cancelled after the first faulty document.

I already set 9999999 as the number of tolerated faulty documents but still its getting cancelled.

But if I just run transaction OLI9 which is the same thing as OLI7 but for invoices, it does not get cancelled even after finding faulty documents.

I need to run OLI7, OLI8 and OLI9 since the infostructure has data on sales and deliveries.

Are you sure it gets cancelled just because of one faulty document? Maybe it gets cancelled for a completely different reason? What message are you getting?

If indeed you set tolerance level high and it gets cancelled after the first faulty document (as confirmed by the message stating that it's cancelled due to running over tolerance limit), then it should be sent to SAP.
