Entries for application 13 still exist in the extraction queue

Hello Friends,

I have a scenerio in which I have to add some fields for the 2LIS_13_VDITM datasource from the extract structure pool. The problem is when I am actually trying that its gives me a message "Entries for application 13 still exist in the extraction queue". I have ensured that there are no data in the extract queue and also the delta queue. I have also tried the "job control" for the collective update and it ran sucessfully, but I still I have this problem. Can someone please tell me what is going on. I'll would really appreciate the help.
