Cannot publish Dashboard Universe to Repository (using IDT)

Hi All, am facing the following problem while trying to publish .BLX (businsess layer) file into the repository ( using IDT) -

When i select the repository folder into which the universe has to be created and press 'Finish', nothing seems to happen. I do not get a confirmation regarding the success or failure of the process. Am able to publish other objects like connections to the repository .. what could be the issue ?

Am able to publish the universe locally .. using .cnx connection type.
