Point Account Set not created automatically during membership creation in Loyalty Management

Dear SAP experts ,

I have an issue in the system , where the the Point Account Set is not created automatically in the system once I create the membership.

But I am able to create the POint Account Set manually but even after the creation I am not able to assign the same to any membesrhip

I have maintained the following settings :

--> No Ranges for the Membership (LOY_MSH_ID) , Member (LOY_MA_ID) and Point Account Set (LOY_PTACCT).

--> I have checked the "Auto Pas Create " under membership settings .

--> I have defined the point qualification type .

--> Also I have an active Loyalty Program created with Campaign and royalty reward group under it .

Am I missing any aditional configuration on the same .

Please suggest .

Also even after the reward rules are created to earn points , when I confirm the membership and then enroll him for the relevant campaign under the loyalty program for which the reward rule are created , the point are not accrued for "Loyalty accrual" sales order type .

I am not sure , is this because the point account set id and relevant point account set are not created for the membesrhip who is enrolled .

Please suggest with relevant guidance how to fix this .

regards ,

    Hi Pallab,

In Define Membership settings - > 'Define Checks' gives option as Automatic or Manual point account set creation.

Based on the above scenario mentioned, it seems to be the "Auto PAS create" button is unchecked.

Could you please check this settings again.

    Thanks and Regards,
