Hi All,
We have a Asynchronous interface that transfers data from Legacy to ECC through PI.
Right now we are facing a problem with XBTR Queue in ECC. The queue is still in running status
in ECC for almost two hrs (message reached ECC at 12:05 and it says Nxt time is 15:45 and in MONI it is in scheduled staus).
I am not sure what is causing the queue to hold this message for two hours.
I also checked in SM50 but didn't find one realated to this interface.
Is this message trying to create the document in ECC or waiting for the workprocess.
If there is a bug in the program it should have changed the queue status to SYSFAIL right. waiting for your solution.
Thanks All.
Hi Kuamr,
check the max runtime for the queue XBTR in SMQR?
Are all other messages flowing from ECC to PI? if yest then there is no network issue.
how many messages got stuck in SMQ2 ? if its only one message, check the payload?
try to unlock the queue and activate
Cheers
Hidayat

check the status in RWB (AE) , is it delevering ? hold? wait? there are different ways to deal with each status - check on scn.
cancle the message first and let other message flow smoothly, then resend it...
