    Hi,

Create a BOM for ABCDE, maintain ABCDE finished material as a component and also maintain A,B,C,D,E as component with minus sign in the quantity field. So when you do goods issue, system consume finished material ABCDE, stock will get reduced. When do goods receipt, all the components stock will increase.

If this scenario is rare case, you can directly assign above line items in the production order without maintaining BOM.

    Regards,

    Dharma

    Dear Thomas,

    Checkout this procedure,

1.A production order without material using T.Code CO07 should be created.

2.And in the BOM components overview ,you can maintain the components with - ve quantity,so that

their stock will get increased using 531 movement as a By-Product.And enter the header material in

+ quantity so,that its getting issued using 261 movement.

3.But for this ,the same has to finalised with FICO & MM consultants as account determination for

    531 movement should be configured.

    Hi Thomas,

I am working on similar scenario and I have a question. Do we use order type similar to standard production order or do we need to use any specific order type for the disassembly scenario

    Please advise

    Sanjay
