Mini/Preview WEB AS versions

I have Mini SAP 6.2 installed in my notebook and it works fine.

Now I would like to replace it by the 6.4 version of WEB AS with both Java and Abap stacks.

I know there is a version of the web AS preview 6.4 for linux. What is the difference (if any) between Mini and WebAS preview?

Would I have an option of having both on WinXP? I read from a website that the mini SAP version 6.4 with java and Abap stacks was coming soon? Any dates?
