Change Request - Release for Approval- User Status Error

Hi,

I am configuring change request management in solman. When i try to release the request for approval, it gives me error " User status could not be set because of the status profile customization"

Can someone help me solving the issue. Also does anyone has step by step guide to configure change request?

Hi Kuna,

were you able to resolve the issue.

I am also fcaing the same problem.

I have just copied the std status profile to a custom one. I have not made any changes in it.

The Standard SMCR is workcing fine the problem is only with custom one.

Hi,

Please check, have you used any restriction of status authorisation key on auth object B_USERSTAT.

or

And you changed the standard status profile.. Normally the low and high value equal for charm scenario, since the status controlled by actions.

Please check and change or create again from the standard profile
