Universal Worklist (UWL) Attachment Error

Hi

We're running EP6.0 and have recently upgraded to SP12. We have WP-PI 600-620 installed.

Following the upgrade a Universal Worklist attachement that was viewable in SP9, is no longer viewable.

It appears when rendering the task detail page, UWL already has decided the attachment is invalid. Here is the link for the attachment (the attachment is a URL)

http://server:50000/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.ui.UWLInformation?key1=A... Internal error .

Any suggestions?

Did you manage to get a solution? We are running EP6 SP11 and are getting the exact same error.

Hi Peter,

Even we also had the same problem. The attachment works if you add a document itself but not as a link. We raised an OSS message with SAP and they said it will be fixed future Service Packs. My guess would be it is fixed in SP13.

We're installing SP13 now but have had many problems.

In any event, I gave up looking for a solution and wrote a replacement iView to handle the workflow task.

I can recommend this approach as the configuration for UWL is very powerful.
