Hi

Is there any report in  SAP standard system to fetch the fields maintained in the Talent profile like Internal work experience,External Work experience ,Education etc. in a Consolidated format for all Employees.

We are currently on EHP 6.0

I'm afraid there is no such way. You could develop a report - I think that is the only way.

One important question how can we access the Talent management Infotyopes from the backend as in R/3 .

In other words Internal work Experience,External work experience,Education are updated from the portal but if required to upload history data etc.how can the respective infotypes these fields are stored be accessed from R/3.

Hi Stuti,

It depends on what you mean by "access". You can view the tables in PP01 for CP/RM/S/C objects (depending on the infotype) or view SE16N. However, you cannot (and should not!) maintain these infotypes via the backend. Many of the Talent Management inftoypes (HRP74xx series) have dependencies when they are updated and therefore cannot be done through standard transaction.

There are, however, a number of function modules that can both read and update these infotypes. In SE37 search by HRTMC_*
