Solution Manager 7.1/Managed Systems/Java Logical Component

We are facing issue when configuring JAVA systems in Solution Manager 7.1 SP6 --> Managed Systems Configuration -->Under Tab Create logical component --> For ABAP systems, we get the option to create logical component and enter details on the same screen but for JAVA systems , it says to update in landscape summary page but there is no place in LMDB to add logical component.

Pls suggest, is this something we update in solman_workcenter , smsy or if in LMDB then where ?
