261 movement for Prod.Order with reservations. Batch assignation.

Hi gurus,

I'm analyzing the following scenario I don´t know how to solve it.

In our system, when a prod. order is created (tx. CO01) a new reservation is registered too for every materials will be consumed. All reservation items have unmarked the checkbox for 'Blackflushing'.

Our problem is when the consumption is made vía 261 movement in MB1A...because we noticed the following:

- If the reservation item has no batch number, we are getting an error message when filling this field in movement, "No batch specified in production order", and posting is impossible.

- If the reservation item has a batch number, we are unable to register the 261 movement for a different one. In MB1A, after filling the reservation number and item, batch number is set with the batch in reservation and the screen field is set to only read.

- When posting 261 for the order in MB1A filling the order number but with no reference to the reservation item, posting is possible with the batch number we need, but the reservation item isn't set to "Final issue".

What we need is to have the chance of posting 261 movements for a different batch that in reservation, and, if it's possible...if the quantity notified is greater o equal that in reservation, automatically set this reservation item as "Final Issue".

Any ideas??
