Errors while sending Idoc packages from SCM to PI

Hi Experts,

I've got 2 questions.

1. I need to bundle and send YNLBASELINE idocs from SCM to PI. PI version is 7.3. I have enabled collect idocs in Idoc sender channel and also in partner profile setting. Even then when we test through BD87, all idocs are going as individual messages to PI. Idocs are not getting bundled.

Please let me know if i need to do any other setting?

2. Since after bundling, the message size was getting too huge, I thought of changing to IDOC_AAE and have ICO created for the scenario.

I've made all the setting as per William Li's blog http://scn.sap.com/people/william.li/blog/2011/05/04/configuring-pi-730-java-idoc-adapter

Then I started getting error "Bean IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS not found on host' in SM58. After checking many threads/blogs in SCN, i removed the property 'Local = true' from InboudRA application resource. Then this error was gone, i was able to post idocs, however i was still not able to bundle idoc and send. it would always go as individual message. But strangely, this error, "Bean IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS not found on host', would still come once in a while. If i delete entry n retry, it would get posted successfully. Please let me know why this error and how to resolve this?

Also i would get error ' Connection to partner 'localhost:0' broken. CPIC/CALL...' error if i collect more idocs and send. I understand from various threads/blogs that, this could be memory issue, the message is too huge to be sent over TCP/IP with its current setting. or reason can as well be, connection pool is full or timed out or partner server terminated the session during the call. Can you please tell me how to correct this error?

Thanks and Regards,

Rashmi
