Unable to login to EP on Sneak Preview NW04 Java Edition

I have successfully installed NW04 on Windows 2003 with changing timezone to GMT+1. Unfortunately, I can't login to the EP with error message like "User is not currently valid". In addition, login via J2EE Visual Administration also give error message "User not in validity date".

I also tried to activate SAP* with no luck at all.

My machine is P4 3.20E and 1 GB RAM. And the user password is the default one "admin" and "admin".

Any suggestion? I have uninstalled and installed again for 5 times now.
