Deploying custom security libraries

Hi,

I am deploying my libraries (Jar files) using deploytool. Now the problem is suppose one of my Hava file requires a specific jar in the classpath. Do I have to go again in deploytool and deploy that jar too? Suppose 7 8 jar files are needed in classpath do I have to go each time and deploy those jar files using deploytool. I tried adding those jar files into the JVM classpath in configtool but that did not work out.
