Hello Experts,
I am trying to find out that, when we perform data archiving of let's say FI_DOCUMNT archiving object, archived files are created and appropriate status message is attached with that i.e.
1) Archiving Completed - Data has been archived but not deleted
2) Deletion Completed - Data has been archived and deleted as well
Also there is on more status of the physical archived file namely as Accessibility Status:
1) Archive File is accessible - Archive File can be accessed in archive administration
2) Archive File is not accessible - Archive File can not be accessed in archive administration for some reason, perhaps due to path or file has been moved etc
I am trying to understand the mechanism behind this status check, whether the archive file is accessible or not to the archive administration
Moreover if there is a table which contains this information of all the archive files corresponding to a archiving session, whether or not archived file is accessible, that would give me a head start for a requirement that needs to be addressed.
Looking forward to the information!
Thanks in advance <removed by moderator>
Regards,
Vivek
