BW 3.5 Webtemplate book mark button launching variable screen

Hello,

Some of our BW 3.5 Webtemplates behaving strangely. When I click "Bookmark" button, system is redirecting it to Variable screen. So the users are unable to capture the book mark links for the navigations that they have done.

Can you please advise me how can we fix this issue?

as you are doing this in 3.5 , you wil have to go your WAD and go to the HTML code and see the MIME or your picture what is it pointing to, it seems its pointing to the variable screen entry instead of bookmark. also a work around is  if they right click on your values or characters and bookmark through there it should give them a popup to save it.

Hi ,

I have checked HTML code button/picture is not pointing to variable screen. even if i right click on the values/characterristic and choose book mark it is redirecting to variable screen.

if i copy the query and use that copied query in the webtemplate then book mark is working fine.

looks like there are some inconsitancies in the original query, even i tried to regenerate it in RSRT no use.

Does any one has any other ideas, please share your ideas....

can you create a copy o fyour web template and connect the old query to it to see what it does...
