Service Desk solution in Solution Manager 7.1

Dear Expert,

I am using the Sap Solution Manager 7.1 and I am using ITSM (IT service management) my configuration part is over like SLA

I want to know the authorization part what authorization given to user and what authorization give to his unit head, where i created the role and what authorization set for both, we are using web based as crm_ui

unit head view the all issue as posted by end user and his own issue also

kindly help
