Dear Experts,
My client wants to maintain the Original Hire date (Actual Date of Joining), Resignation date (RS) & Last Working Date (LW). For that reason I have created three Date Types as
AL : Actual Date of Joining Date
RS : Resignation Date
LW : Last Working Date
And Also assigned these date types to "DATAR" feature, so that it will default to IT 0041 once user will create IT 0041.
However, I have not assigned "Date Indicator" for the above Date Types.
My question is, If I will not assign these Date Indication" for these Date Type, is this create any problem.
And also I want to know If Is there any impact on Payroll & Time Management if I will maintain Date specifications (IT 0041).
I have gone through the Help documentation provided in SAP, but everything is for Germany only. And I am maintaining for India (Country Grouping 40).
Need your urgent assistance on the above query.
