How to take care of enhanced .htm code of enhanced component

Hi,

      I have one question. Suppose say that I have enhanced one component in CRM 6.0 Version. Does .htm code will also get enhanced?

      Now I upgraded my CRM System CRM 7.0 Version then how to take care of this enhanced .htm code?

      Below are my questions.

1. Whenever a component is enhanced does .htm code of that component also get enhanced.

2. Is .htm code of component or .htm code of particular view get enhanced? As I think there wont be

    any .htm code for the whole component but there will be .htm code for a particular view.

3. How do we take care of this enhanced .htm code of a view or component when crm system is upgraded from CRM 6.0 to CRM 7.0 version?

Hi Baasanthi,

           When you enhance any component and any corresponding View which has .HTM  it it,

obviously it gets enhanced, but in .htm code , what the code is already written will not get deleted, as compared to that of any methods in particular when you redefine it.

in case of .htm enhance means , we can do changes or edit mode will be enabled.

I hope this solves your first and second questions.

in case of your third question , all changes made in the CRM 6.0 will be also present ion the CRM 7.0 only if it is UPGRADED in the same system.  But if you are installing all new server then every thing will get reset.
