Infopackage fails in process chain for 1st time and runs successfully afterwards everyday

Hi

We have a problem in our process chain which runs daily. We have a process chain (daily load)  which fails on random days at infopackage process type. But when we run it for next time it gets completed successfully. we have abap routine for data selection within infopackage,

if the problem lies with data selection , the thing we dont understand is that how it is getting completed successfully when it is run for next time.

source is apo system

when we go to errror messages in process monitor it says

Error for COM Routine using application program- return code 6

key already exists

error in data selection

and

in job overview in source it says idoc status 51 app doc not posted

it is failing every day at  processing of data packages numbering between 169 to 172 ( which is among the last 4 data packages that are being transferred, like we have a total of  approx 174 data packages currently in the load )

(with approximately 23115 records for package)

please suggest some solution asap...

we have been seeing this issue now for almost 2 months... (since the process chain works when we run for 2nd time it is not creating any issue but we need a permanent solution for this )

Since this is a question about BW, it belongs in the BW space (called SAP Netweaver Business Warehouse) and not the Data Warehousing space. I've moved the thread, but please use the SAP Netweaver Business Warehouse space for these types of questions in the future.
