We are planning a project to implement CS module. As per my knowledge this is included in the license.
Basically we want a tool, where users can log per standardized templates customer's action and request for other departments.
With CS we will have a history and easy tracking/reporting. And this is all real time, and fully accessible for all users.
I would like to have information on how to start the basic modification:
- data migration
- create workflows per user group
- alert function
- e mail migration
