Moving scheduled start dates on PCNF Operation

In the below scenario, how can we move the scheduled dates in CM01 for capacity planning?

1. All operations for Work Center INSTRU

operation 0010 - 10 hours, 1 person  Start Date: Oct 1

operation 0020 - 5 hours, 1 person     Start Date: Oct 2

operation 0030 - 10 hours, 1 person    Start Date: Oct 3

2. Confirm 5 hours on Operation 0010, Operation 0010 is now PCNF

3. A part needed in order to complete Operation 0010, 0020 and 0030 is delayed and won't be here for 3 weeks.

4. How do we move all the capacity in CM01 to the week of Oct 22 for all 3 operations. Should show:

operation 0010 - 5 hours, 1 person  Start Date: Oct 22

operation 0020 - 5 hours, 1 person     Start Date: Oct 23

operation 0030 - 10 hours, 1 person    Start Date: Oct 24

After getting some assistance from an SAP admin at a different company, looks like the answer to my issue is the "Shift Order" parameter under Scheduling Parameters in Work Order Processing.
