column refund

Hi good day, i have a question about issue. I have a report grouped by department (1,2,3,4, etc), there is a department to control the refund for each department. so i need to order by department and show column total , and column refund too.

this is what i need:

document num date name department 1 department 2 refund total 1 30/10/2012 juan perez 10.1 6.2 3.9 2 29/10/2012 pancho villa 20.2 7.7 12.5 3 28/10/2012 pedro navaja 30.3 total 60.6 4 27/10/2012 william 40.4 5 26/10/2012 rubens 50.5 6 25/10/2012 tobias 60.6 total 151.5 1 30/10/2012 return 5.1 1 30/10/2012 return 1.1 2 29/10/2012 return 3.3 2 29/10/2012 return 4.4 total 13.9

I HAVE ALMOST ALL, SO THE GROUPS BY DEPARTMENT, MY PRINCIPAL QUESTION IS ABOUT REFUND

1.- HOW TO SUM THE SAMES ROWS RETURN

2.- HOW TO ADD THIS COLUMN NEXT TO VALUE DEPARTMENT AND SUBTRACT TO GET THE TOTAL.
