Messages got stuck in queue.

Hi Experts,

In our PI server messages has got stuck.We went to smq2(inbound queue) and can see 30,754 entries in 48 queues.We cancelled the messgaes we suspect are the reason for this but still the rest of the messages are not moving.Also smq1 is empty (outbound queue).We also parked some messages but no progress .Any suggestions?

Do you see any error message in SMQ2? If yes,What is the error message you are getting in the first LUW of the queue?

Ideally such issues would happen when the messages takes long time to process in IE.

Hello Dilip,

you can open the queues which are still left and in that you can see for which error message they are still struck there.

Also you can execute the LUW for those queues.

Mean while , can you paste the error which you are getting in those queues?
