Assigning Custom Themes to User

Hi,

I have created custom Theme using Theme Editor.

And now i want to assign this theme to perticular user.

Can any one plz tell me how to assign this custom theme to perticular user.

Hi,

A theme can be assigned to a desktop only. If you want to assign the theme u created to a particular user, you need to create a copy of the default desktop and default frame work to your folder and assign the theme to that desktop.. and edit the main rules and asing the desktop for the login.

The default desktop and default frame work can be visible from System Admin>> Portal display and dektop>> Desktop and display rules>> Portal content >> Portal users>> Std Portal users>> ...

Copy both to ur folder and open the desktop and add the theme u created and make it as default.

Then go to Portal Admin>>Super Admin>> Main rules...

open it, there you can see rule collections ... add an if statement and give the login u want and in the 'then' part

give path of your desktop.

Save it ... thats all...
