QUERY regarding ITS on WAS

Hello All,

I am having some queries regarding use of ITS for ESS:-

1> Does Business packages installed on EP refer ITS?If so, then kindly provide the documentation for the same.

2> What is the difference between the functionality of ICM in WAS 6.2 and WAS 6.4?Does all the functions performed by ITS can be taken over by ICM component in WAS?If so,then waht is the need of integrated ITS in WAS 6.4?
