overhead in cost component

Hi,

I would like to seek advice on where to absorb the overhead cost which defined in costing sheet.

may i know if it is absorbed into BOM and routing or

in 1 of the cost component which called overhead or

distribute to all the cost component?

Hi,

Generally over head will be showed in seperate cost com[ponent in the cost component str. It is not possible distribute to all the components. At the time of OH calculation System credit the OH to cost center which hyou ave maintained in the credit key and debited to respective production order / process order
