Remote Support Platform Database Initialization Failed

Hello Experts

I am trying to install the Remote Support Platform, but i am getting the error " Database Initialization Failed ".

I have tried uninstalling completely and then reinstalling the software again with no luck.

Even the Remote Support Platform doesnt install correctly the folder is created with all the files.

Any ideas?

Actually I fixed the problem - RSP was previously installed so the mdf and ldf files were in the SQL Server database default locations so when it was trying to create new database it failed.

Please move/delete the old files and then it should work.

Mark's example is very common error in RSP installation. Have you checked yours?

I am having the same problem. I have tried installing it with both SQL Server and Windows Authentication.
