currently we are facing an issue with Publication of reports.
Crystal Report for Enterprise
Source Document is a Crystal report with 5 prompt values (4 mandatory, 1 optional).
The prompt values and recipients of the Crystal report are delivered via an WebI-report (dynamic recipients).
If there aren't selected any values, the report runs with default values and successful delivers the report to all recipients.
If I filter only exactly one user and deliver prompt values via the WebI report, the report also runs successfully.
But the desired scenario is the following:
Deliver the Crystal report to all users (more than one) and deliver the prompt values and recipients via the WebI-File.
That means more than one user selected and delivering the prompt values (personalization) by the WebI-File returns always an error?
The error message says:
"Error while processing document XXX: Service Provider is not ready, please make sure the connection is open (CRS 300003)."
...
"...Scope batch job processing failed."
Does anyone have an idea what might be the issue?
