Survey Questionnaires based on Multi-level Categorisation in Service Request

Hello Experts,

As per my client's business requirements, we need to propose related questionnaires based on multi-level categorisation in service request.

We have a total of 10 to 12 questionnaires to be filled with details everytime a service request has been created. Displaying all the 12 questionnaires doesnt make sense and the client want them based on the category selection.

Is it possible to propse a different survey questionnaire based on category, if yes, how?

In categorisation schema, we have option to include surveys for every category. I tried to add few questionnaires to my category but they are not working as I expected. Apart from adding the active surveys to the category schema, do I need to follow any other configuration steps?

Kindly help me.

Thanks in advance,

Sorted out with the help of ABAP. SAP has confirmed this is not a standard functionality.

Sorry for the delay in my reply.

SAP has stated that this option is a provision for development but not the standard fucntionality by customizing. I could not argue anymore, as they also mentioned that in the upcoming CRM versions, they are coming up as a standard functionality.

Probably in the present version, the development is only half done! 😉

Since I left the project and I am not an ABAPer, I couldnot provide ABAP development details.

But one thing is for sure, they used this option(provision for questionnaires in categorisation schema) and wrote their logic.

And since this is a red book entry, I had to enter these multiple questionnaires in categorisation schemas in all QA, Pre-Prod & Prod systems.

      Thank you.
