Payroll Deletion

Dear All,

We have one Employee. This Employee has been transferred to Another company code.

By mistake user from both the company code have run salary for this Employee for month of Sept.

Posting also done for month of Sept.

Now We are trying to delete his salary from one company code. But system is not allowing to delete his salary.

It is showing Posting Already run for mention Employee.

Posting was done consolidated for all employee. Now we cannot reverse posting detail only for all employee.

Let me know how to delete his payroll for month of Sept.

Dear KKS,

The only option would be to reverse the already posted document.

Remember that illegal deletion of payroll results may lead to inconsistencies as explained in the following document:

Hi Carlos,

Let me know if mention below is possible or not.

1) Can we reverse posting only for one EE?

2) What effect it would have on system, especially for FI. If we reverse the Posting Doc now?

3) System we going to Delete EE payroll, Needs to be resign, as mention EE has moved to another Company Code?

Hi KKS,

1) Not possible.

2). Same documents with reverse sign in amounts is sent to FI. Then you are able to delete payroll results as long as there's no other obstacle and rerun payroll as well.

3) Didn't get the quesiton.
