R/3 data (FICO, PS) into BW

Hi,

Can someone leme know the steps to get FI (GL,AP,AR) and CO (CCA,PCA, COPA) and PS data from R/3 into BW.

If anyone has some documentation pls send across, that will be helpful to me.
