Global ATP working with SAP CRM, SAP-ERP, and WCEM?

Hi experts

Does anyone knows,

if global ATP is working together with SAP WCEM, and backend systems of CRM and ERP?

The requirement is:

-sales order is entered from WCEM and start ATP check at primary warehouse of CRM system.

-if no stock found at primary warehouse, then start checking alternative wareshouse to continue rule-based checking until entire requirements are fullilled...

-this stock assignment is done by G-ATP and return the results to ERP/CRM up to WCEM.

Global ATP must be performed across multiple CRM systems.

It is appriciated if you have any experience on this.

Kind Regards,

Yoshinori

Hi,

Does this link http://help.sap.com/saphelp_wec200/helpdata/en/17/8e8de0319e43dcb21e79dfab005060/frameset.htm helps though not related to ATP directly.

The availability check is executed in the ERP.

Best regards.

Hi Yoshinori,

the ATP result visible in checkout is based on the ATP-Check executed in the context of the related backend order functionality (ERP SD Order in case of SAP WCEM running against ERP, CRM Sales Order in case SAP WCEM running against CRM). This is the same ATP-Check which is executed, if the order would be created in the backend directly.

As a result, if the order is in the backend configured to run a Global ATP, this is the case for an order created in SAP WCEM as well and the result is visible in checkout. With this also the ATP-rules configured in the backend apply.

Does this help?

Kind regards,

Karsten

Hello YS

The link you show is actualy helpful.

Understand availability check is performed in ERP with plant determination based on combination of order entry input. Primaly plant should be determined by plant detemination.
