I am adding a journal voucher via DI. When the add() method is executed, the error [OACT], 'Row in Transaction with Account No.' is returned. Any help is appreciated on this.

The issue here was one GL account was not registered in chart of accounts and it gave the error message which does not turn out to be very helpful!
Please, show us your snippet of journal properties initialyzing.
