ERMS : system should default the agent's id as senders email id.

Hello Experts,

I get a drop down in "sender's email id" field to select the email id.

My requirement - If an agent wants to send email to customer, system should default his email id as sender's email id when he logs into the system rather giving the option of selecting from multiple email ids.

How this can be done ? Highly appreciate your inputs.
