How to enable the second mobile device

The 1.7.0 mobile app is told to support a second iOS device when the backend is 8.82 PL09.

Does anyone have an idea how to enable the second device?

At user settings there is no field for the second MAC address. I have tried to enter both MAC addresses in the usual field, have tried space, "," and also ";" as a delimiter, but it did not help, I am still unable to connect with the second device. In fact, with the second MAC entered, even the first device was unable to connect.
