Web interface Variable issue - 'ALL' doesn't work

Hi All,

We are implementing BPS with the following system details:

The issue that we are having is that when we have a header variable for 0Customer, it doesn't seem to work for the "ALL" selection, in the BPS web interface.

We can filter the BPS Plan data by one customer at a time, but when we try to select "ALL" the BPS plan data is not refreshed to show all data again.

We are logging an OSS message to resolve this issue.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?

you need BW 3.5 SP 13. It's documented in SAP note 795574.

Thanks Marc. It seems SP 13 is not GA yet. We did implement note 795574, but it did not resolve the issue.

We are hoping OSS can review and determine further action.

SP 13 should be out end of July... i.e. this week. We are waiting for it too to solve a few things hopefully.
