Dependency net : Type constraint net , Rule net--Monitoring & Event Driven

Hi Experts,

I transaction CU21 , create dependency net , we can see by default a constraint net is setup , other two options are grayed out automatically.

Can some one share , how to enable this options?

I tried using SAP help link , but couldn't find any which talks specifically for this option.

I found only one line in SAP help on topic " Creating a Dependency Net " and it says " ¡  The default dependency net type is constraint net, because this is the only type of dependency net currently supported."

Will appreciate it a lot if some one can share information on provide link on document which points towards information on this.

I believe this was functionality that VC-development was working on, but never released (although they still left those options in the CU21 UI, greyed out.)

Something to do with "Network" or "system" type configuration or something like that.
