WIP Revaluation -- Activity Update indicator

Hello,

We have Material Ledger-Actual Costing active, and are planning WIP Revaluation.

We also carry out activity price calculation (KSII) and Revaluation (CON2).

My question is: Is it mandatory to set the Activity Update indicator to 2-Activity update relevant to price determination?

If we leave it blank and use CON2 to revaluate production orders, is that the same as setting the indicator as above?
