How to Change or Delete default Title of Controls rendered using "sap.viz.ui5.controls.VizFrame"

Hi SAP UI5 Gurus,

I am using "Pie" vizType chart using "sap.viz.ui5.controls.VizFrame" Control.

I am not able to change the by default Title it renders in output i.e. "Title of Chart" nor even able to change it.

Below is the code snippet which shows what I tried for achieving this,

but all efforts in vein.

Even I am not able to find a proper documentation for vizProperties.

Helpful comments much appreciated.

Got it resolved by using the below method in Controller,

But puzzled why when I was setting the same thing in XML View it didn't work,
