Problem with BSP Application in Production

Hi,

We have 3 BSP Application running in Production Environment. We applied SP 35-42 to the our landscape ( Developement, Testing and Production in succession).All BSP application are running fine in Developement, Testing, but in Production out of three we are able to execute only 2 application through SAP GUI. When i say SAP GUI, running BSP Appl. through TCODE.Third one is not getting executed through TCODE(showing White screen), but when we paste the URL directly on IE its running fine.

Please let me know what would be the problem.
