Planning board have not been enhanced for AFS. This is valid till the last AFS version 6.6.
Production orders/planned orders have been enhanced for AFS to get schedule lines, however planning board only works at item level (standard behaviou). Hence, you won't get in standard grid values.
You can however implement a user exit (goto spro, under capacity planning to the right customer exit, otherwise I could communicate it) to display AFS data such as category and season (those data are at order header level).
You could alternatively set the "single grid value" in the AFS MRP to get one planned order created for each sku and implement the user exit to get grid value from stock table j_3abssi. From a manufacturing point of view, doing this would lead to other issues, I mean many documents to process, operation steps (like cutting for instance) which would not be optimized (even with combined order).
In terms of capacity levelling (this is a personal opinion), I don't see a benefit of getting the grid value, it's much more faster to do it at higher level (material level). But getting category (depending on the usage), or production priority is usefull since it's a potential criteria for sequencing documents.
