Self Monitoring Scope selection and non existance of Standard Roles

Hi,

I have been trying to implement Self Monitoring configuration for my solution manager 7.1 SP5 system, in the Workcenter -> Configuration -> Technical Monitoring -> Solman Self-Monitoring, setup 3.

I am getting the below message and not able to move ahead to the configuration.

and in Step 4, while creating Standard Users getting the below error message of non existance of standard roles.

Let me know how can i resolve the same.
